SalesNote can record phone calls if done via VOIP. E.g. Microsoft Teams Phone, or PBX like Asterix.
We cannot (properly) record a call that goes through the “traditional” phone network, due to limitations in Android / iOS.
SalesNote can currently be used on the smartphone to e.g. put it in the middle of the table during a physical conversation (i.e. with everyone in the same room), not to capture phone calls.
A softphone, digital PBX, etc. can provide a solution here.
