Install the Audio Capture Tool

The Audio Capture Tool enables SalesNote to hear all the attendees during a remote meeting, a VOIP call, or when working with a headset.

  1. Login to the platform
  2. Go to Company Settings/ACT
  3. Install .NET by clicking on the link
  4. Download the application by clicking on ‘Download Application’
  5. Double click on the downloaded file.

Check if the Audio Capture tool is working #

The SalesNote icon should be present in the right bottom corner of the screen.

Double click and you should see a login screen.

Login #

Login with your user credentials.

Check Microphone and Speakers #

Choose the microphone you want to use, and select the speakers on which you listen to the other attendees. Click Save.

The Audio Capture Tool will automatically choose the active headset.

Always connect your headset before you join a meeting. Also in a Teams meeting, first connect your headset, then join the call.

Test the installation #

You can test the installation by creating a new meeting on the platform.

For the test, enable audio recording so you can listen if all channels are recorded correctly.
